- Greg Sumner Added 2018-03-30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Found out we booked the wrong location due to similar names of resorts on Swan Lake. Cancelled within 24 hrs - no email confirmation but still got charged one night deposit. Phoned office two times - no grace and no compassion - cut & dried. Not my idea of good customer service. Will DEFINITELY NOT chose this location next time through. Competition on the lake are very congenial and helpful. Check others first!!
